Shipping policy

Most orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days of receiving your order. We ship via FedEx Ground and Home Delivery which allows us to get your shipment to you quickly and reliably. And for most of the country, in 2 to 4 days!  Every item is inspected and packaged carefully before leaving our warehouse to ensure your items arrive safely.  If we have to drop ship your wheel directly from the manufacturer, they may send your wheel via FedEx or UPS. Either way, we will provide a valid tracking number.

We do not ship outside of the continental United States at this time. However, if you would like for us to ship to a freight forwarding company inside the US, we will be glad to accommodate. You will be responsible for working with that company on any import fees and shipping to your country.  There is no warranty on the items after they leave the freight forwarding company.

Before we ship out wheels from our warehouse, we open each box and carefully examine it for any blemishes or visible defects from the manufacturer. We then re-tape the box with eBay branded tape (because it's the strongest we've found), reinforcing the edges. If you bought accessories, such as lug nuts or sensors or have large center caps that can't ship affixed to the wheel, you will find a label on one of the boxes noting the accessories are in that box.
