FAQs

  1. How do you ship your wheels?
We ship all of our wheels via FedEx Ground and Home Delivery. All wheels are inspected for blemishes or flaws from the manufacturer prior to shipping. The boxes are then re-taped and reinforced with additional tape for shipping.

  2. How do you ship your wheel and tire packages?
All wheels and tires are mounted and balanced and carefully wrapped with stretch wrap to protect the wheel and tire during shipment. They are shipped via FedEx Ground and Home Delivery.  You will need to inspect your wheels upon arrival and report any issues within 30 days.

  3. How much does shipping cost?
We charge flat rate shipping as follows:
    18" wheels - $26 per wheel
    20" wheels - $28 per wheel
    22" wheels - $30 per wheel
    24" wheels - $38 per wheel
    26" wheels - $45 per wheel
Wheel and Tire packages - $50-$75 per wheel and tire

  4. How will I know if these wheels fit my truck?
We are always here to answer your questions about fitment, so please feel free to reach out to us. When you receive your wheel, we suggest, you put it on your truck's lug bolts, carefully fastening one or two bolts and spinning it to check for clearance. If nothing scraps and it fits properly, then the wheel is ready for a tire to be mounted.

  5. What if I need to return a wheel?
As long as you have not mounted the wheel on a tire, you can return it for a full refund of the purchase price, not including shipping. You will need to make sure that you package it carefully in the same box it came in and cover it with the packing materials originally included. You can ship it back via FedEx or UPS.

  6. What warranty is on the wheels?
There is a one year warranty on the finish of the wheel and a lifetime on the structure.

  7. If I order a single replica wheel as a replacement for one of my OEM wheels, will it look exactly like the others?
In most cases, the replica wheels have the same finish, offset and backspacing as the OEM. However, there may be slight differences with each of these. Finishes may be a little darker since the OEM ones would have been exposed to sunlight for a longer time. Offset may be slightly different causing the spokes of the wheels to be at more of an angle. Most of the time these little differences are not noticeable. The buyer is responsible for verifying all of this information prior to ordering.

  8. Will my truck or SUV recognize the new TPMS (tire pressure monitoring sensors) when I install the wheel and tire package on my truck?
Your truck or SUV will not automatically recognize the new sensors. There are aftermarket tools available that you can use to program your truck to recognize the new sensors. However, we recommend going to a reputable tire dealer or your local truck dealership shop to have them use their equipment to get your truck programmed to recognize the new TPMS.

  9. What is one of the TPMS does not read?
Unfortunately, every now and then a sensor has a bad battery or is not functioning properly despite our testing it prior to installation. Please contact us if you have a bad sensor. Do not purchase one from the shop or dealership as we will not reimburse you for that purchase. We will send you a replacement and cover any cost of switching the TPMS out up to $30.
